With more than four decades of combined experience, we integrate bodywork, hypnosis, coaching, and crystalline and botanical traditions to support healing, clarity, and growth—always with empathy, respect, and presence.
Nora —
Integrated Bodyworker & Certified Crystal Practitioner
Nora has practiced bodywork for over 30 years, with 23 years of focused experience in Ortho-Bionomy®, a gentle and highly effective system of neuromuscular re-education. Her work blends multiple bodywork modalities, crystal properties, and subtle energetic support to help clients feel more comfortable, grounded, and balanced in their bodies.
Her sessions emphasize:
supporting nervous system regulation
easing physical and energetic tension
increasing body awareness
encouraging embodied balance
Nora is a Certified Crystal Practitioner (2022) through the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy. She curates crystals from around the world and handcrafts small-batch Frankincense (Boswellia) resin oils made from whole resins—honoring both ancient traditions and modern research.
She is a Maryland license massage therapist and an active member of Toastmasters International, currently serving as the Vice President of Public Relations.
Dennis —
Consulting Hypnotist, Coach & Speaker
Dennis is a consulting hypnotist and coach with a background spanning psychology, martial arts, somatic awareness, and personal development. His work integrates mind-body research, consciousness studies, and practical coaching tools—while honoring the transformative nature of each client’s unique experience.
He supports clients with:
stress reduction and emotional regulation
life transitions and decision-making
performance and mindset goals
personal and business clarity
Dennis served as Vice President of the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists (NATH) from 2022–2025, contributing to leadership and professional standards within the field. He is also a dedicated member of Toastmasters International, having served as President of the Delmarva Toastmasters Club (2024–2025) and currently as Vice President of Education.
As a speaker and presenter, Dennis is known for clarity, grounded presence, and the ability to translate complex ideas into meaningful, usable insight.
